Update on Bill Higdon

We've received word that chapter member Bill Higdon has had a stroke. There is paralysis on the right side, affecting his leg, arm and his face. There is no surgery for this and they are treating him with medication. Physical Therapy started today, and hopefully he will get all his mobility back, over time.
