Casting Clinic at Bass Pro Shop - May 12, 2007

Notice to all Alamo Fly Fishers members: Saturday May 12th is a club supported Fly Casting Clinic at the San Antonio Bass Pro Shop from 10:00am till noon. Everyone is invited to attend and participate. Come out to get some instruction and casting practice before you find yourself standing forty feet from a tailing redfish and you discover that you need ten more feet to reach him with your fly. If you are just beginning to cast, or if your casting form needs a little polishing, come out to Bass Pro Shop on Saturday morning. We want to help everyone make some improvement to their fly casting.

We also need some of our members to volunteer to be casting mentors. Please sign up and be available to show others how to get started in fly casting. Come join us for some fly casting on Saturday morning at the Bass Pro Shop. If you have been casting for more than a year, you can be a casting mentor! Please volunteer by sending me an e-mail now to sign up. Remember, I have all of your phone numbers; I hope I don't need to start calling for volunteers!
